Cam co-founded OpenCorp which has now bought over $1.6 billion of property for client portfolios. In doing so, Cam has financially supercharged the lives of his clients (and their families) for generations to come.
After growing up in country Victoria, spending his youth on dirt bikes. Cam began investing in real estate at 20, and has since mastered the art of sustainable wealth. After buying his first house, Cam amassed a sizable commercial and residential property portfolio. This gave him the option to retire in his 30s.
And so, he thought he’d write a book. An investment manual for his kids to use, when they’re old enough… The first edition of My Four-Year-Old The Property Investor sold 120,000+ copies and sat in the top 10 bestsellers list for over a year!
Before becoming an author, Cam enjoyed business success in telecommunications, information technology, and recruitment. His companies made the Business Review Weekly (BRW) Fast Starters list twice, and the BRW Fast 100 list 6 times in 8 years.
Cam founded the OpenCorp group of companies with Snaz cofounder Al Lewison. For the last two decades they’ve been changing people’s lives and providing them with a secure financial future. Cam loves watching people “Leave the grind behind”.

Al leaves the grind behind by spending time with friends and family, snow skiing, hitting the gym, holidaying, wake surfing and daydreaming about his next adventure.
Al is an experienced entrepreneur and accomplished Australian property investor with a 25+ year track record in residential and commercial real estate, property development and investment.
He began investing in property at age 20, by his mid-twenties, he had amassed a significant property portfolio; a decade or so later he was a regular inclusion on BRW’s annual Young Rich list.
As Al refined his property investment strategy, his wealth grew, allowing him to start a portfolio of successful companies.
Apart from property, Al has a track record of success in the telecommunications, IT and recruitment industries.
Having spent his 20s super focused on future proofing his life, he understands how important it is for people to have an escape from the daily grind and gets a thrill out of helping others achieve that freedom for themselves, whether it be through property investment guidance at OpenCorp or lifestyle rewards and giveaways at Snaz.
